Asphalt sealing, with regular maintenance, helps to protect your asphalt investment. Depending on your traffic volume and damage caused by winter snow plowing, we recommend sealcoating every 2-3 years.
After thouroughly cleaning the asphalt, we apply material that is customized for your project. Material is applied following the manufacturer's specifications.
Hot Rubber Crack Sealing
This is the single, most important thing a property owner can do to prolong the life of his asphalt investment. This prevents future expensive repairs.
We clean out, dry out, and seal the major cracks with hot rubber sealant.
Striping
This is the "finishing touch" to any parking lot. We offer new layout striping as well as the restriping of existing lots. We can assist with any symbols such as handicap logos or arrows. We specialize in Custom Stencils (ie. names, numbers, reserved, drive thru), anything you need to help eliminate confusion.
We use only lead-free, laytex waterborn paints. Paints are applied by airless sprayer.
Sports Courts/ Playground Striping
We stripe and restripe both indoor and outdoor basketball, tennis, volleyball and many other sports courts. We also specialize in and offer unique ideas in playground striping.Signs and Post Installation
We install signs and posts.
All ADA handicap signs, "STOP" anything to help regulate traffic flow.

Patching
We offer several types of patching. Cut out, milling, or overlay/skin patch. We can help you decide which is best for your situation.
